Before you join.

Do I need to be enrolled in a course to join the community? +
No. The community is a standalone membership, separate from any course. You can join whether or not you've taken a 383 course. That said, new community members get 20% off any course within their first 30 days, so it's an easy add if you want one.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel anytime and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
When will Tier 2 and Tier 3 be available? +
Both are coming soon. Tier 2 (Community + Live Support) adds monthly office hours, theme sessions, and guest sessions. Tier 3 (Studio Circle) is a limited, application-only tier with small-group critique and direct feedback. Join Tier 1 now and you'll be the first to know when either opens up.
I just bought a course or bundle. Do I get community access? +
New course and bundle buyers get 60 days of free Tier 1 access. Just reach out and we'll get you set up. After the 60 days, you can continue at the standard Tier 1 rate if you'd like to stay.
How do I actually access the community? +
Once you join, you'll get access through the school platform. You'll see all 5 channels, weekly prompts, and livestream links right from your dashboard. No separate app or login needed.
